To download iPod, Apple T.V or iPhone format items, Control-click on the file and choose Download Linked File. A text file will be placed on your hard drive that will look something like this: filename.m4v.txt
Rename the file, removing the .txt extension. Leave the .m4v extension. The file will then be playable in either iTunes or QuickTime and can be loaded onto your video capable iPod.
